The Process
Step One:
Let's be friends
I don't think there is such thing as a "one-size-fits-all" photographer. My passion lies in working with brides who envision exquisite, timeless photographs that capture the essence of both herself and her groom. I know that my Brides want beautiful, timeless photos of herself and her new groom. The first thing towards working with me is figuring out if I'm the perfect fit for you.
After we connect online and get to know each other, we'll decide if our partnership is truly a match made in heaven. After we have that incredible connection, we can begin to create beautiful memories together. I'll send you your contract and once it's signed and your retainer fee is paid we can start with your engagements!!
Step two:
The engagements
HERE WE GO! At your engagement shoot, don't you worry! I'll teach and guide you through everything we do! Posing will be a breeze and after the first little bit, you'll feel like a pro! I'll send you a complimentary style guide so you can figure out your outfits beforehand so you feel prepared from the very beginning.
Even if you feel nervous, after the first 15 minutes, we'll be capturing your love and happiness. These photos are your start to forever. These will be the photos that you will get to use on your 'Save the Date' invitations. After your session I'll send you your gallery for you to download and share as you please!
Step Three:
The Bridals
Bridal sessions usually happen before the wedding day, but we can also do a bridal session following your wedding day. Doing your bridals prior to your wedding day gives you images to print for your wedding reception as well as completing a first look, should you choose to do one. Bridal sessions should take place at least a month before your wedding day!
During your bridal session, I focus on more intimate details, close-ups, photos together and solo portraits. While I will still do bridals on the day of your wedding, a separate bridal session is ideal due to lighting and weather control.
Step Four:
Your Wedding Day
The day is finally here!!! Time to party it up! Your job is to relax and enjoy being married to your love!!! This day is going to fly by, so my job is to capture your full story. I will capture the traditional shots that everyone wants, as well as candid moments. I'll capture your family photos, friend photos, bridal party, and you two! My favorite part of the wedding day is meeting all the people that are there to support you and love you on your special day!
Step Five:
Gallery Delivery!!!!
After your wedding day, you'll get your online gallery filled with all of the wedding moments! Make sure to grab a box of tissues, a drink, and a snack! After you get your photo gallery delivery email, take the night with your new spouse to relive your wedding day through your pictures!
Your gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding date.
